Protecting our heritage is important. However we have to live with the buildings and monuments around us in a sustainable way. Making the old fuctional for our modern world without destroying it, is a complicated but important aspect of our work. Keeping original design and materials with renewed function serves to both conserve and make us of historic material and at the very least add that which causes no damage and is reversible
